About the Project
E-Cricket is a next-generation AAA cricket game built on Unreal Engine 5 by Lightfury Games. Featuring 600+ licensed professional cricketers from across the globe, the game delivers hyper-realistic cricket with real-world physics, dynamic gameplay, and authentic immersion. Designed with a mobile-first approach and powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), E-Cricket supports both single-player and real-time multiplayer modes with competitive esports integration. Following a successful technical showcase at Game Developers Conference 2025, the title is positioned as a globally accessible experience targeting cricket's rapidly growing digital audience.
My Responsibilities
- Production Management: Overseeing end-to-end production pipeline for a AAA cricket title built on Unreal Engine 5, coordinating across design, engineering, and art teams.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Steering designers, developers, and QA testers towards unified objectives in a fast-paced game development environment.
- Sprint Planning and Execution: Leading agile sprint cycles, facilitating daily scrums, and managing project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on project scope and deliverables.
- Quality Assurance Coordination: Ensuring all game assets and features meet AAA quality standards before milestone reviews and public showcases.
- Live Operations Planning: Developing strategies for post-launch live operations, content updates, and player engagement.
